Showcases will be shipped knockdown on one pallet via freight line company on a semi trailer. Products will NOT be delivered inside. Curbside delivery only. Please have assistance to assist you to deliver the products down from the truck and inside your building.
Display case will ship on one pallet in four separate boxes.
Assembly may take up to 45 minutes per showcase. Easy to read instructions are included with every showcase.
Heaviest box is approximately 50 pounds. If you need assistance to unload the product down from the truck, please request a freight quote with a lift gate.

Lift-Gate Service
Lift-gate service is when the truck driver will unload the shipment from the truck using a electronic lift down to the ground. Product will only be placed no more than four feet away from the truck. If you need assistance to unload the product down from the truck, please request for a freight quote with lift-gate service before purchasing the item.
We recommend our customers to request a quote for shipping charges before placing

orders.

PLEASE OPEN EVERY BOX TO CHECK FOR HIDDEN DAMAGES!! PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY FOR ANY DAMAGE CLAIMS SO WE SEND YOU A REPLACEMENT WITH NO EXTRA CHARGE. YOU MUST HAVE DRIVER TO ACKNOWLEDGE THE DAMAGE. WE WILL NEED A COPY OF THE BILL OF LADING WITH A CLEAR NOTE OF THE DAMAGE WITH THE DRIVERS SIGNATURE.
IF THIS PROCEDURE IS NOT FOLLOWED YOU WILL HAVE TO SUBMIT CLAIM WITH THE FREIGHT COMPANY ON YOUR OWN. WE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES THAT WAS NOT NOTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY.
TRANSIT TIME
Your order will be shipped out within 2-3 business day from our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as your order has shipped and we will provide with the tracking information. Shipping transit time varies on ship to address.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE
Returns are accepted only if you have received item not as described or if you received product different as you have purchased. Customer must notify us with in 3 days after receiving the item. Item must be in the same condition as received. We will ship out the correct item without any extra fee after we receive the shipped item. These situations rarely occur but we would like to notify our customers just in case this happens.
