They will work with ANY rack or Smith machine that will hold a bar, and can be set at ANY height, and ANY width that you desire. Made from 5/16" stainless streel they have been tested with 170 lb dumbbells without a hint of failure. They are probably just fine for even heavier weights but we just don't have anyone here that can handle anything bigger! Sold in pairs. You won't be disappointed!
