I use this regularly for my ruck walks, but before outting it in my bag I weighted it on the scale and it was 30.00 lbs on the dot.
Finish appears fine. Weight is approximately right. Fit the pocket of the leading manufacturer's pack. I did go ruck with this, and was affected by gravity in just the way I was expecting. I have not owned the name brand's plates but I can't see any reason to pay twice as much. Just ordered one in another size. Ruck Yes(4all)!
