Description
The 1970’s was the best time for macrame crafts and wall decor, plant and table hangers. This is a 1971 vintage Handbook Of Common Macrame Knots As Well As Patterns. This macrame tool has 30 pages. The directions are large and very clearly written. See the photos of many of the pages. It was used in At Girl Scout camp and carried in a backpack so it has a fold. Using macrame cord, the booklet tells about the knots to make home decor. These knots are used for necklace and friendship bracelets. You may have learned these knots at camp. Starting with the Larkshead as the starting knot to half hitch, picots, overhand knot, berry knot, half knots, half knot sinnet, square knot, float cords, interchanging knitters and fillers. More knots are ornamental, Josephine, Chinese crown and monkey fist. Feel very accomplished when the knots are learned. It is fun! Condition is "Used". Shipped with USPS First Class.
